1. Subscription Services(05-Feb-24)v1

NxtWe will provide Subscription Services as set further forth in Exhibit A for the software ("Software") listed on an Order Form entered into by the parties available to Customer. Customer acknowledges that in order for NxtWe to provide the Subscription Services, Customer may be required to license and install certain third party software and provide certain third party hardware that are not provided or licensed by NxtWe ("Third Party Products"). NxtWe may provide Customer with links and instructions for obtaining Third Party Products, but it is Customer's responsibility to properly license and install any required Third Party Products from the relevant third party providers. NxtWe will have no liability with respect to any Third Party Products.

3. Pricing

Pricing depends upon the requirements of the customer after knowing the scope of work then our compliance team observe the costing and then quotation will be generated.

5. How to Unsbuscribe

In order to unsbuscribe the subsciption customer have to call customer service number or email to support@NxtWe.com respectively.

6. Cancellation Policy

Subscription cancellation can happen due to various reasons. If a subscription gets cancelled for any of the below mentioned cases, the subscription_cancelled event will notify you the reason for the cancellation.
Not Paid
No Card
Fraud Review Failed
Non Compliant EU Customer
Currency incompatible with Gateway
Non Compliant Customer
If the subscription gets canceled due to any other reason, the subscription_cancelled event will not hold the reason for cancellation.
